The information provided on our Site is related to L’Oréal Active Cosmetics Division products and is for exclusive use by our approved retailers to provide education and training services to their employees to help provide advice and information to consumers and market our products in their point(s) of sale.
By registering for an account on our site you warrant that:
- You are an authorised representative of a pharmacy or retail point of sale which is an approved retailer appointed by L’Oréal Active Cosmetic Division (“Approved Retailer”);
- You acknowledge that if you are an authorised representative of an Approved Retailer, the Approved Retailer, as your account administrator, will have access to your account details and training records;
- You have the authority to create this account as a staff member of the Approved Retailer; and
- You will only access this site for purposes relating to the sales, marketing or use of L’Oréal Active Cosmetics Division products in a pharmacy/store of an Approved Retailer, and for no other purpose.
Our Site is provided "as is" and excludes any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law including (but not limited to) the exclusion of warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY – SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our Site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.

There will be an opportunity to book courses on our Site. You can view available courses when you browse the “Academy Booking” section of our site. You can book on to available upcoming courses by clicking on the dedicated enrol button for booking the course, selecting your preferred location (where applicable) and date. Should you not be able to attend the course you must cancel the course booking online or email us to let us know prior to the course date [in accordance with any applicable cancellation policies.
Upon confirmation of the booking, an order confirmation email shall be sent promptly by L’Oréal to the email address provided at the time of registering, including, but not limited to L’Oréal’s identity and contact details, details of the course booked and any applicable cancellation policies.
Education Course(s) are offered by L’Oréal subject to availability. From time to time, whether due to circumstances of force majeure, circumstances outside of L’Oréal’s reasonable contemplation or control or other circumstances (including, but not limited to, availability of training staff or particularly low numbers of participants booked on particular Education Course(s)), L’Oréal may need to reschedule or cancel scheduled Education Course(s). In the event that L’Oréal cancels or reschedules any Education Course(s) that a user has booked, a course cancellation notification will be sent to you via the site. It is your responsibility to check your course booking prior to attending. If your Education Course is cancelled, you will be able to re-book to another equivalent Education course at an alternative date and time (subject to availability). For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of cancellation of Education Course(s) by L’Oréal, compensation will not be payable, and L’Oréal shall not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred by users as a result of any cancellation.
Please check the course description and confirmation/reminder emails for any pre- requisites which are required prior to attending the course. This can include any required qualifications and pre-learning courses which must be completed before attending a course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
