A layerable treatment serum that accelerates skin surface renewal cycles and amplifies anti-ageing results, such as fine lines and radiance. Formulated with 7.7% multi-acid complex and 1% Taurine, an amino acid, it gently peels and enhances cell turnover at the skin's surface, leaving skin smoother and more radiant. Pores and fine lines appear reduced. Cell Cycle Catalyst is an optimal first step to boost the results of an anti-ageing routine. It can also be used to prepare skin ahead of professional chemical peels.

C E Ferulic

Our iconic antioxidant serum C E Ferulic features a powerful combination of 15% pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), 1% vitamin E (alpha tocopherol), and 0.5% ferulic acid. It works to enhance protection against environmental damage caused by free radicals – which can contribute to atmospheric ageing.

This vitamin C serum helps neutralise free radicals induced by UVA/UVB, infrared radiation (IRA), and ozone pollution (O3), which may lead to visible signs of accelerated skin ageing. Beyond delivering powerful antioxidant protection, C E Ferulic improves signs of ageing and photodamage, the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and the loss of firmness, while brightening skin's complexion.

Begin your morning routine with a thorough cleanse. Apply 4-5 drops of Cell Cycle Catalyst to face, neck and chest, then layer the same amount of C E Ferulic over the top, applying to the same areas. These complementary brightening serums work synergistically to maximize results.

Before stepping out into the sun, apply a SkinCeuticals Facial SPF just before sun exposure. Re-apply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after swimming, perspiring or towelling. Avoid sun exposure at peak times and take care to avoid eye area. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.

In the evening, repeat with Cell Cycle Catalyst only and follow with a SkinCeuticals moisturising cream.

*A 8 week, single-center, split-face, evaluator-blind, randomized, controlled cosmetic clinical study was conducted on 48 females with Fitpatrick type I-VI, ages 27-60, and mild to moderate wrinkles, fine lines, rough skin texture, uneven skin tone, dull complexion. Catalyst was applied once daily over half of the face with the other half left untreated. Participants followed regular anti-aging skincare routine on the full face for 8 weeks. Efficacy and tolerance evaluations were conducted at baseline and post-application.2. Protocol: A 8 week, single-center clinical study was conducted on 78 females with Fitzpatrick type I-VI, ages 27-68, and mild to moderate wrinkles, fine lines, pore appearance, rough skin texture, clarity, dull complexion, clarity, discoloration. 40 subjects had mild-to-moderate acne marks/PIE/PIH. Rated 5 out of 5 by Mum of twins from Miracle in a bottle! Truly the best! This serum is a little miracle in a bottle! It gives the skin a glow like no other. It immediately absorbs into the skin and the more I use it the more I’m seeing results. I’ve even had friends and family comment on how “well” I’m looking. My skin is looking clearer and brighter and I know that I’m also protecting my skin from damage too (along with spf of course) I think they work perfectly together. Skinceuticals is a brand I fully trust to truly deliver results and they never disappoint. Yes this serum is expensive but a little goes a long way so it lasts quite a while and I’ve tried many other ‘vit c” serums and this is without doubt the best! I’d highly recommend this to anyone who is wanting glowing, healthy and protected skin.

Absolutely agree and the bottle lasts so long. Can't fault that at all. It's great for my dry skin, my skin feels firmer and really hydrated. I'd say the serum is a slightly oily texture that literally delves into your skin. Brilliant for really helping to keep my skin looking it's best and giving it a boost. It does have an odd scent. Kind of like a metallic smell, which does go really quickly but it absolutely wasn't what I was expecting. This is the reason for the 4 stars. It has made my skin look & feel firmer, much more hydrated and I do feel my fine lines have reduced also. Very surprised and impressed. The scent could be better, but the few drops daily go a long way. I do think my skin feels & looks like it's been given a glow! Seems to work wonders and I do feel much more confident. My skincare routine seems easier and I'm much happier.

The product absorbed well into the skin, it was initially a bit sticky but didn't stay sticky for too long. I feel like it has improved my skin tone by brightening it and helped fade some dark spots.

Nit a fan of the smell, reminds me of bonfire smoke smell on your clothes. I do like that it soaks in quickly isn't sticky,doesn't leave a residue; however, it leaves my skin feeling a bit "odd" as you cant rub your finger along the skin, kind of like an anti slip serum haha. Having looked at the benefits of a tiny tiny change in redness on my face vs the retail price I wont be buying in the future.
