Published in many peer-reviewed scientific journals, C E Ferulic is a vitamin C serum formulated under the Duke Antioxidant patent. The Duke Antioxidant patent describes effective delivery of vitamin C to skin. In order for our vitamin C serum to be effective it must be formulated with pure l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) at an acidic pH within the 2.0-3.5 pH range and have a concentration between 10-20%.

All SkinCeuticals antioxidant formulations have been tested in final packaging and have been confirmed to remain stable and effective for 36 months, and up to 6 months after opening. L-ascorbic acid (pure vitamin C) is known to change color with time, however oxidation is minimal in SkinCeuticals antioxidant and the formulation is proven to remain effective.

How to Use

In the morning, after cleansing, apply 4-5 drops of C E Ferulic to face, neck and chest.

1. Cleanse & Tone

Apply a small amount of Gentle Cleanser to a wet face and neck, and massage into skin. Rinse thoroughly with water.

2. Prevent & Moisturise

Apply 4-5 drops of CE Ferulic to a dry face, neck, and chest.

Follow with Hydrating B5, applying 3-4 drops to face, neck and chest.

3. Protect

Apply moisturiser and then protective broad-spectrum sun protection.

After applying it for the night, in the morning my skin feels smooth, firm and definitely has a more even tone. I also found it quite moisturising, well suited for my combination skin (oily on the T zone and fry elsewhere). The texture is nice - not too oily, absorbed into skin instantly, smells good, not sticky. Melts into skin and helps with brightness and beautiful glow! Would recommend.

It is very easy to apply and didn’t cause any irritation when I first used it which I was pleased about as I have tried similar products before that really aggravated my sensitive skin. The only downside is it can make my face quite shiny when layered with lots of products (I layer with hylauronic acid, moisturiser and sunscreen. So I tent to cut either the hylauronic or the moisturiser out when I use it). I have had compliments on my skin since using it which is great.

Love the texture and how easily absorbed it is. It has a mild scent, but not like a perfume, it’s a natural smell that fades away in a few seconds.

My skin is in good condition since starting to use skinceutical products and the above product adds to the care of my skin. I feel that I need a bit longer to fully assess the anti wrinkle effect but it has diminished the brown spots.

The look of my skin is greatly improved, fine lines and pores reduced, with a dewy glow, and smooth texture. You can feel the oil nourishing your skin, but with no greasy residue. Make up goes on perfectly after using, this product is an absolute must in my skin care routine.
